Why work with us
A studio where your craft matters
We are a small, hands-on team. Pieces are made one order at a time, so every artisan, designer and packer has a real part in what reaches a customer’s wall.
Learn across crafts
Relief, metal, layered wood, canvas and carved doors — all under one roof. Work beside other crafts and pick up new techniques as you go.
See your work in real homes
Everything is made to order for a real family, mandir or office. You’ll see what you made finished, packed and installed on a real wall.
A small studio, a real voice
No long chain of approvals. Ideas on a design, a finish or a better way of working are heard, discussed and tried.
Grow with the studio
Start as a trainee, build your hand and your eye, and grow into a lead artisan or a bigger role as the studio grows.

3D Relief & Mural Artist
Sculpt and finish the 3D relief murals the studio is known for — deities, temples and nature scenes, made to order for homes and mandirs.
What you’ll do
- Sculpt relief panels by hand from approved designs and references.
- Build up depth, texture and detail, then finish with paint and gold accents.
- Work with the design team on scale, sizing and custom requests.
You’ll fit right in if
- You have 2+ years of relief, mural or sculpture work — with photos to show it.
- You have a steady hand and patience for fine detail.
- You take pride in finishing a piece properly, edge to edge.
Hand Painter
Paint our canvas artworks and the fine detailing on mandir and spiritual pieces — from bold abstracts to delicate devotional work.
What you’ll do
- Paint canvas artworks from approved designs, in the sizes customers order.
- Add hand-painted detail, shading and gold work to mandir and relief pieces.
- Keep colours consistent across a series and across repeat orders.
You’ll fit right in if
- You have 1+ years of painting — fine art, murals or devotional work.
- You’re as comfortable with large surfaces as with fine brushwork.
- You can follow a reference closely and still keep the painting alive.
CNC / Laser Machine Operator
Run the machines that cut our metal, wood and layered pieces — turning design files into clean, accurate parts for the artisans.
What you’ll do
- Set up and run CNC routing and laser cutting from design files.
- Check every cut for accuracy and prepare parts for finishing.
- Keep machines clean and maintained, and flag problems early.
You’ll fit right in if
- You have 1+ years operating CNC or laser machines.
- You can read a design file and understand sizes and tolerances.
- You’re careful, safety-minded and hate wasting material.
Finishing & Packing Associate
Give every piece its final check, clean-up and protective packing — so it reaches the customer exactly as it left the studio.
What you’ll do
- Sand, clean and touch up pieces before they are dispatched.
- Check each order against its size, finish and custom details.
- Pack artworks safely for delivery across India.
You’ll fit right in if
- You’re a fresher, or have some workshop or warehouse experience.
- You notice small scratches, gaps and loose ends.
- You like careful, hands-on work and a tidy workspace.
Graphic & Product Designer
Turn customer ideas and devotional references into production-ready designs and room mock-ups for our artisans and machines.
What you’ll do
- Prepare artwork and cutting files in CorelDRAW and Photoshop.
- Create room mock-ups and previews for custom orders.
- Adapt designs with the artisans for relief, metal and wood.
You’ll fit right in if
- You have 1+ years with Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- You know Indian motifs, deities and mandala geometry — or love learning them.
- You can explain a design clearly to customers and craftspeople alike.
Sales & WhatsApp Customer Executive
Be the first voice customers hear — help them choose, customise and order the right piece, mostly over WhatsApp and calls.
What you’ll do
- Answer customer enquiries on WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Suggest sizes, finishes and designs that suit the customer’s space.
- Share order updates and follow through until the piece is delivered.
You’ll fit right in if
- You speak Hindi, Gujarati and English comfortably.
- You have 1+ years in sales or customer service.
- You’re patient, warm and organised with follow-ups.
Social Media & Content Creator
Show people how our art is made — shoot, edit and post reels, photos and stories, from the studio floor to finished homes.
What you’ll do
- Shoot and edit reels and photos of work in progress and finished pieces.
- Plan and post content for Instagram and our other channels.
- Write simple, warm captions — in Hindi or Gujarati too, if you can.
You’ll fit right in if
- You have a good eye with a phone camera and basic editing skills.
- You have an Instagram page or portfolio you can share.
- You’re curious about craft and happy working in a busy studio.

- Measure, drill, mount and level murals, panels and doors.
- Leave every site clean and share photos of the finished install.
You’ll fit right in if
