Made to order — no returns or exchanges

Every Studio Namaskruti piece is handcrafted to order for you. For this reason, orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, including for change of mind, size or colour preference.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp/phone at +91 9624822020 or email studionamaskruti@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video. Please record one continuous video from the moment you open the sealed parcel; damage claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. After verifying the issue, we will replace the piece at no extra cost. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds apply to orders cancelled before production begins and to orders we are unable to fulfil. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Payment method

We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
