This website, studionamaskruti.com, is owned and operated by STUDIO NAMASKRUTI, a proprietorship of Khunt Kaushik Jagdishbhai, GSTIN 24DTOPK6577A2ZG, having its principal place of business at Plot No. 96, Shree Darshan Industrial Estet, Laskana Kamrej Road, Near Kholwad, Laskana, Surat, Gujarat – 395013, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

Our products are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish and dimensions from the photographs are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects. Product images are for representation; colours may also appear differently on different screens.

3. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order applies. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after full payment is received. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, using cards, UPI, net banking and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified.

5. Custom orders

For customised pieces, the size, design and finish we agree with you on WhatsApp or email form part of your order. Please review these details carefully, as made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Delivery, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs, text and logos on this website belong to Studio Namaskruti and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
