Where we ship

We deliver to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India at present.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,999 and above within India. A flat shipping charge of ₹379 applies to orders below ₹2,999. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Every piece is made to order. Orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 15–20 working days of order confirmation. Custom-size or customised pieces may take longer; we will confirm the timeline with you before production begins.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location. You will receive the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

Each piece is checked and securely packed to protect it in transit.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control may occur; we will keep you informed.
